It’s pretty easy to see that despite his self-imposed hiatus from the world of MMA, the Notorious Conor McGregor is not taking a break from venturing into other areas, in this case specifically the world of horse racing.
In a video posted today to all of his social media platforms, Conor McGregor, in very tongue-in-cheek fashion, announced his arrival to the world of professional horse-racing, stating he will continue to dominate the game as a jockey in the same manner he has done as a fighter.
In all seriousness, the video was meant as an advert for the Pegasus World Cup Invitational on the 28th of this month with the earnings for the winner totalling $12 million and features McGregor poking fun at his own larger-than-life persona throughout.
The video can be viewed in full below.
McGregor is currently out of the fight game until the summer, as his girlfriend is expecting the pair’s first child. However, that has not stopped the outspoken Irishman from staying in the limelight, as he trades verbal blows with Floyd Mayweather.
His brand is growing by the day, as he is slowly becoming one of the best-known athletes on the planet, and we are sure that more and more of these adverts will surface.
