Bellator Dublin will take place on September 27 and will feature a host of Ireland’s finest mixed martial artists from top to bottom.
Of course, James Gallagher will draw in the bulk of the attention with his showdown against his fellow prospect Cal Ellenor in the night’s main-event, but littered throughout the card you will find several top Irish prospects, fan favourites, and established veterans.
A matchup of huge proportions will lie below the top-billed offering as Ireland’s Richard Kiely takes on the superstar Michael ‘Venom’ and with the addition of several icons of the nation’s scene, there’s every chance that February’s special Bellator event in the Irish capital could be surpassed by the time all is said and done on the night.
As things stand, the card will feature the following fights.
James Gallagher 🇮🇪 vs. Cal Ellenor
Michael Page vs. Richard Kiely 🇮🇪
Frans Mlambo 🇮🇪 vs. Dominique Wooding
Ryan Scope vs. Peter Queally 🇮🇪
Brandon Girtz vs. Paul Redmond 🇮🇪
Constantin Gnusariev vs. Ian Coughlan 🇮🇪
Brian Moore 🇮🇪 vs. Toby Misech
Philip Mulpeter 🇮🇪 vs. Keith McCabe 🇮🇪
Richie Smullen 🇮🇪 vs. Sean Tobin 🇮🇪
Dylan Logan 🇮🇪 vs. Adam Gustab
Leah McCourt 🇮🇪 vs. Kerry Hughes
Lee Chadwick vs. Karl Moore 🇮🇪
With another two months to go until the night itself, it’s pretty safe to say that the announcements are not through just yet.
Bellator 217 in February originally was to feature nineteen bouts before several injuries and pullouts dropped it down to sixteen.
As of right now, September’s card has twelve fights and will likely get another five or six before long.
