Dundalk’s midfield talisman of 2014 looks set to move to Blackpool in the near future, according to reports.
Louth and Meath radio station LMFM Tweeted this earlier today:
Sport-reports this lunchtime that Richie Towell is close to joining English C’ship side Blackpool

Pundit Arena reported two weeks ago of how Towell was set to stay at the Lilywhites, however rumours circulating, predominantly via Twitter look to show that Towell is quite close to a move to the Tangerines.
If he is to move Seaside, Towell would be joining up with Brian Lenihan who recently joined the club on-loan from Hull for one month.
