What horses and trainers should I watch out for?

Willie Mullins – having never won the race before 2019 – is going for three consecutive Cheltenham Gold Cups with Al Boum Photo, ridden by Paul Townend.

We are also set for an exciting Triumph Hurdle with not much to split the top three in the market – Tritonic, Zanahiyr and Quilixios.

What is the featured race for Cheltenham on Friday?

Without a doubt, the featured race on Friday, and for the entire week, – is the Wellchild Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Al Boum Photo goes for his third Gold Cup but faces stiff opposition from Nick Henderson’s Champ – who won last year’s RSA Chase (now the Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase) and A Plus Tard of Henry De Bromhead.

It should be a fascinating battle with 2018 winner Native River expected to set the pace out in front for Colin Tizzard.
