Europe are currently enjoying a superb morning in the fourballs session of the Ryder Cup, as it stands the home team have won three of the four matches.
The final match, which sees Ian Poulter and Jon Rahm against Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth, is advantage to the USA as the American duo are one up with two holes left to play.
If the Americans manage to hold out, Europe will go into the afternoon foursomes session with an 8-4 overall lead.
With the foursomes beginning at 12.50 pm today, the pairings have been announced by both team captains and you can see them below:
- Rose and Stenson vs Johnson and Koepka
- Garcia and Noren vs Watson and Simpson
- Molinari and Fleetwood vs Woods and DeChambeau
- McIlroy and Poulter vs Spieth and Thomas
Historically the Americans are poor in the foursomes so another strong performance from Europe this afternoon could all but end USA’s hopes before the singles get underway tomorrow.
