Team Europe doubled their advantage over the USA on Saturday to four points, and they lead 10-6 heading into the Sunday singles session.

Tommy Fleetwood and Francesco Molinari made history by becoming the first European pair to win their first four matches, while long-time friends Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth won their second and third matches, contributing to half of the USA’s points tally thus far.

It’s a large deficit, but it is one that has been overcome in dramatic circumstances in both 1999 and 2012.
