Tipperary hurling legend Lar Corbett is in Bangladesh at present, and was testing the culture with the locals. It is a well known fact that the country is cricket-mad, and the 2010 hurler of the year was tempted to get involved.
However, he did not go for the traditional form of cricket, and left his own stamp on the game.

It is a little known fact that north Tipperary was historically a cricket stronghold over 100 years ago, and this is clear from Corbett’s strike in this video.
