We’re headed into a huge weekend of GAA action. As the Allianz National Hurling League rumbles on, there are some heavyweight clashes with Kilkenny travelling to Walsh Park to face Waterford, and Cork headed to Ennis to meet Clare. Meanwhile, Tipperary host Wexford in the Saturday night game.
The postponed games from last week will also take place, with the pick of the ties being Kerry’s trip to Monaghan.
That’s not to mention the climax of the Sigerson Cup at Trinity tomorrow, as NUIG take on UCD, and the AIB All-Ireland Club Championship semi-final between Moorefield and Corofin.
You’d be left scratching your head as to how you could keep up with it all. Fortunately, we have TG4. The Irish language broadcaster is set to show five games in their entirety over the weekend.
It all starts with Corofin vs Moorefield live on television, before they stream the Sigerson Cup final on their YouTube channel.
Clare vs Cork is the live game on Sunday, with deferred coverage of Monaghan vs Kerry and Waterford vs Kilkenny. There will also be extended highlights of Saturday night’s hurling clashes, Tipperary vs Wexford and Limerick vs Dublin.
Tipp vs Wexford will be live on eir Sport tomorrow evening.
In all, a cracking weekend ahead…
