All The Results From Saturday’s Allianz National Football League Games

One week late, round 5 of the Allianz National Football League got underway, with six games down for decision on Saturday night.

In Division 1, Donegal travelled to Omagh to take on Tyrone, with both sides eager to gain their second win of the campaign and allay relegation fears. It was the home team who came out on top, as goals from Niall Sludden and Mark Bradley saw off Declan Bonner’s outfit.

Meanwhile, Cavan continued their seemingly imperious march to promotion, with a win at home over Down. Mattie McGleenan’s side remain the only unbeaten team in the second tier.

Armagh maintained their 100% record in Division 3, and there were victories for Limerick and Carlow in Division 4.
