Poll: Who Will Come Out On Top In the All-Ireland Hurling Quarter-Finals?

There is a massive day of hurling in store on Sunday, as Wexford face Waterford and Clare take on Galway in Thurles. The four counties endured losses earlier in the season, and now battle to join Kilkenny and Tipperary in the semi-finals.

First up is a repeat of the 2014 qualifier as Wexford and Waterford square off. The Déise were hammered by Tipp in the Munster final, but are looking for a shot at redemption as they plot an alternative route to the first Sunday in September.

Meanwhile Wexford have recovered well from a Leinster Championship loss to Dublin, beating Offaly and Cork in the qualifiers.

In the big one at 4pm, Clare face Galway. The League champions lost to Waterford in the Munster Championship, but eased through the qualifiers in second gear. However, last year’s finalists will give them a real test, and it is a hard one to call.
