Anthony Nash Dropped From Cork Team As Kieran Kingston Rings The Changes

Anthony Nash Cork

Cork hurling has had a difficult league campaign to date, losing three matches out of three. They were routed by Dublin last week in Croke Park. While two late goals put a gloss on the scoreline, in truth they were far behind Ger Cunningham’s side.

Things are not getting any easier for the Rebels, as All-Ireland champions Kilkenny come to town tomorrow night.

There was a lot said in the media this week, and Kieran Kingston has responded to his critics emphatically by making wholesale changes to the starting line-up. Among the high profile casualties are last year’s captain Anthony Nash, Daniel Kearney and Cormac Murphy.
