The Electric Ireland GAA All-Ireland Minor Hurling quarter-final clash between Clare and Galway will be live-streamed through the official website of Electric Ireland and TG4’s official YouTube channel this coming Saturday.
The Portlaoise clash is do-or-die for both teams. Galway are aiming for a third Electric Ireland All-Ireland Minor Hurling title in a row and got their campaign off to a great start last week with a win or Kilkenny. Clare, on the other, hand lost to the Cats two week’s ago meaning that this encounter will act as a straight shootout to see who joins them in the semi-finals.
Having been a sponsor of the GAA All-Ireland Minor Championship since 2012, Electric Ireland committed in 2017 to continue on their partnership through until 2021.
In that time, Electric Ireland has been re-defining what it means to be an inter-county minor with the This Is Major campaign which is designed to empower young players and ensuring they feel driven to compete, improve and strive for more throughout their sporting careers.
This year, Electric Ireland’s #GAAThisIsMajor campaign will seek to recognise the significance of the Minor Championship on players long after their underage days have come to an end.
Saturday’s crucial clash throws in at 3 pm and can be viewed through the official website of Electric Ireland.
