Watch: Olivier Giroud Cancels Out PSG’s Opener And Shows Cavani Who’s Boss

Arsenal headed into their fifth tie of the group stage of the Champions League all level as Olivier Giroud continued his stunning recent form by pulling the Gunners level at the Emirates against Paris Saint-Germain.

Edinson Cavani had put the Parisians in charge after the visitors had enjoyed an increasing stronghold in the early stages of the game, slotting past David Ospina with this fine effort.

However, on the stroke of half-time, Giroud repaid the faith Arsene Wenger showed in him by starting the Frenchman by converting a penalty after Alexis Sanchez was brought down, with the entire incident shown below.

Safe to say, the former Montpellier forward look pleased.

And Giroud certainly let Cavani know who is really in charge after the half-time whistle had blown, with a firm hand on his opponent’s neck heading down the tunnel!
