Watch: Jose Mourinho Has A Real Go At Journalists For Line Of Questions At Press Conference

Manchester United face Bournemouth on Wednesday night at Old Trafford fresh off the back of a disappointing 2-1 loss in the crunch Manchester derby on Sunday.

In the aftermath of that defeat to City, United boss Jose Mourinho sparked an unsavoury brawl when he entered the away dressing room to order his rivals to tone down their celebrations, which he believed to be purposely over the top with loud music blaring.

Mourinho reportedly had milk cartons and water bottles hurled at him by the visitors while City coach Mikel Arteta came out of the incident with a bloodied face after players and staff members from both teams scrapped as the scene spilled into the tunnel.

Earlier on Tuesday, Mourinho and City manager Pep Guardiola commented on the brawl which is now the matter of an FA enquiry in their press conferences.

While Pep admitted he had encouraged his players to celebrate the important win over their closest title challengers and biggest rivals, Jose gave a rather cryptic response to the question on the matter:

While those journalists present were eager to hear Mourinho’s side of the story, given he is believed to have been the main perpetrator involved in the incident, clearly the PRO at Manchester United was directing the Portuguese away from commenting on the fracas.

Well, it appears as though Mourinho was not one bit happy with the line of questioning from those reporters present at Carrington on Tuesday morning. With the upcoming home fixture against Bournemouth on his mind, the three-time Premier League winning manager could not understand why the journalists were so focused on the events of last weekend.

He extraordinarily even accused the media members of disrespecting Eddie Howe and the challenge his side will bring to Old Trafford on Wednesday.
