Manchester United players and staff have been telling anyone that will listen recently that morale in the squad has never been better.
Despite a disappointing domestic campaign last time out, winning both the Europa League and EFL Cup mean spirits are high and optimism is increasing rapidly. Many have even suggested that, following the arrivals of Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof, United will be genuine title contenders this season.
The togetherness in the squad has been obvious during their tour of the US this month and this latest incident captured by MUTV’s cameras highlights it once again.

When the Englishman suggested in an interview that the team now might practice penalties at training, Jose Mourinho butted in.

United finish the American leg of their tour on Wednesday against Barcelona in Washington DC. They then return to Europe to face Valerenga in Oslo and Sampdoria in Dublin. The first European trophy of the season is up for grabs in Skopje following these friendlies when they take on Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup.
