Roma legend Francesco Totti scored his 250th goal for the club on Sunday and denied England goalkeeper Joe Hart a clean sheet during Roma’s 3-1 loss to Torino on Sunday.
Totti’s second-half penalty gave Luciano Spalletti’s side some brief hope before on-loan Roma winger Iago Falque sealed off the game with Torino’s third goal just ten minutes after the Roma captain had pulled one back.
Totti turns an incredible 40 years of age next week and now has 250 goals in 605 games for La Maggica.
The 2006 FIFA World Cup winner started his career with Roma in 1992 and is now in his 24th professional season with the club.
Totti signed one-year contract with Roma in June with the 2016/17 season expected to be his last as a professional footballer.
