James Corden has been taking America by storm with his CBS show, the Late Late show, but is also a well known football enthusiast in England.
Back in his days playing Smithy in comedy show Gavin and Stacey he took over as England manager in a spoof video, giving a team talk before the World Cup and begging Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard to link up together. But now Corden has taken another stab at management, this time at club level.
During Arsenal’s pre-season tour of the USA, in the absence of Arsene Wenger, Corden took the team for a day and worked on team building and, of course, celebrations.
After the Sam Allardyce fiasco, maybe Corden’s name could be put forward for the England job?
