Germany were easy winners over Gibraltar in their European Championships qualifier last night, winning 7-0.
One of the lighter moments during this demolition job was when a camera focused in on Germany boss Joachim Low. With his side 4-0 up and cruising just ten minutes into the second period, the 55-year-old thought it as good a time as any to file his nails.
It would matter little that the manager’s attentions were elsewhere for a brief period however, with the World Cup winners utterly dominating the rest of the game.
Germany are now just one point behind Group D leaders Poland as the competition for top positions and automatic qualification heats up. Germany’s next match is at home to Poland on the fourth of September.
