Hull City midfielder David Meyler has reviewed his own playing card on FIFA 17’s wildly popular Ultimate Team game mode.
Meyler, who is rated a modest 72 overall on the game, has been streaming himself playing FIFA on his own YouTube channel David Meyler since mid-January.
The Ireland international has released several videos of himself playing his way through Ultimate Team but recently reviewed his own custom 95 rated card, which is specifically given to professional footballers by EA Sports.
During the video the Corkonian said that he was very disappointed by his 55 rating for pace, and that he was also mystified as to how he was 37 points below Manchester United starlet Marcus Rashford in that category having only marked Rashford earlier this month during Hull’s 0-0 draw with United at Old Trafford.
Meyler accepted that his rating for passing, dribbling and shooting were more or less accurate, however, he did point out that his defence rating could have been a little bit higher than the 65 rating that was assigned to him by EA Sports.
The 27-year-old already has over 74,000 subscribers on YouTube and is steadily building his reputation as a prominent player on both the pitch and on the sticks.
