So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen goodbye…
Having been cast aside and forced to train with the Manchester United reserves at the start of the season, Bastian Schweinsteiger looked to have been brought back from the dead after Jose Mourinho suggested that the German World Cup winner may have an Old Trafford future after all.
However, it now looks like the 32-year-old could well leave the club in the current transfer window with The Telegraph reporting that United are in talks with several MLS Clubs about the former Bayern man.
Bastian Schweinsteiger could be the next player to leave Old Trafford after Memphis Depay underwent a medical in France on Thursday…

The news will surely not be welcomed by Manchester United supporters as the German is a huge fan favourite at Old Trafford. In fact, the manner in which ‘Basti’ has handled his exiling this season has been exemplary with Schweinsteiger constantly maintaining a brave face and supporting United on social media.
