The frustrating life of a Liverpool forward these days was perfectly encapsulated by Mohamed Salah on Tuesday night.
While the front quartet of Salah, Sadio Mane, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are doing the business most weeks, sloppy defensive errors have been contributing to the side’s downfall on multiples occasions this season.
There was no greater example of that than at the Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium whem, despite going into the half-time break 3-0 up, Liverpool fell apart in the second half and could only come away with one point in a 3-3 draw.
Salah, who had replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with three minutes of normal time remaining and the score at 3-2 in favour of his team, could only look on in horror as Guido Pizarro equalised right at the death to give Sevilla a share of the points.
Needless to say, Salah wasn’t best pleased with what he had just seen…
Footage has emerged of Mo Salah’s reaction to Sevilla’s late equaliser from the bench.
We know the feeling, lad ?

The Egyptian forward’s reaction mirrored that of pretty much every Liverpool fan when that goal went in, with only the small consolation of knowing that progression to the Champions League knockout stages is still very much in their own hands.
Salah has been on fire since joining Liverpool in a £37m deal from Roma in the summer. The 25-year-old has scored 14 goals in 18 games already this season, as well as bettering a record set by Robbie Fowler by scoring 9 goals in his first 12 Premier League appearances for the club.
