Piers Morgan Sensationally Names Two Chelsea Players Behind Mourinho Mutiny

Piers Morgan might have put himself in a spot of bother with this one…

Arsenal super fan Piers Morgan has never been one to watch his words. However, today he may have gone a bit far as he has publicly claimed to know which Chelsea players were behind the plot to get Mourinho out of Stamford Bridge and he even named them on his twitter account.

For some time, many have suspected that some of the Chelsea squad had turned against the self-proclaimed Special One, however the rumours have been nothing more than just that and, from day to day, the names linked with the supposed mutiny have varied.

It had previously been suggested that Cesc Fabregas and John Terry had fallen out with the Portuguese manager but, in the wake of Mourinho’s second sacking from the club, both those players expressed their support for their former coach on social media.

After Chelsea’s loss to Leicester on Monday, the game that turned out to be Mourinho’s last in charge of the club, the Portuguese tactician openly stated that he felt betrayed by his players. He also went on to specifically question Eden Hazard after the Belgian stated that he needed to be substituted due to injury.

According to Piers Morgan, this was a symptom of Hazard’s revolt against the Special One and it was both he and Diego Costa that led the mutiny which led to Mourinho’s departure.

Check out Morgan’s sensational claim in the tweet below.
