Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe could be set to depart this summer, with the 20-year-old emerging as a transfer target for Bournemouth.
The Sun report the Cherries have offered Liverpool £15 million for the promising youngster as they look to add more quality to their side, having sold Matt Richie to Newcastle and Lee Tomlin to Bristol City.
The talented youngster, who can play up front or out on the wing, started his Anfield career in the academy and progressed quickly through the ranks following a move from Wycombe Wanderers at the end of 2011.
Ibe has featured in 41 Premier League games for Liverpool’s first team, and having impressed Brendan Rodgers put pen to paper and signed a long-term contract with the Reds last summer.
However, Ibe seems to have fallen out of favour at Anfield under Rodgers’ successor Klopp, and the England Under-21 international may be tempted to switch Anfield for Dean Court, where more first team opportunities would be available.
With Bournemouth happy to pay £15 million to bring Ibe to the south coast, it remains to be seen whether Liverpool will allow the promising winger to depart.
