It now seems like a matter of when rather than if Alexis Sanchez will make the move from Arsenal to Manchester City.
With their contracts due to expire this summer, Arsenal seem destined to lose both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil in the coming months. However, it is the Chilean whose destination seems to be certain.
Sanchez has been linked with a move to Manchester City for several months but, since the opening of the January transfer window, several reports have already stated that the 29-year-old has already agreed on personal terms with the Premier League leaders.
Manchester City have reached a full agreement with Alexis Sanchez. He will earn £13m net per season and if he signs in July a £30m signing-on bonus. If he signs in January, he will receive a £15m signing-on bonus and Arsenal will receive £20m. [@DiMarzio]

However, speaking about the reports linking the Arsenal star with a move to the Etihad, Kevin de Bruyne seemed to accidentally reveal his level of certainty that the Sanchez deal is done.
Although initially attempting to make generic comments about the reports linking the Chile international with City, De Bruyne soon gave up the act stating that ‘when’ Sanchez joins, he ‘will add something to the team’.
“A very good player. Obviously, we will see what happens in this transfer period. If a good player comes to us that is better, if he doesn’t come we do it with the team we have. Everybody is doing a good job. When he comes he will add something to the team.”
