Ireland faced Uruguay on Sunday evening in what was a brilliant performance for the Boys in Green. Jonathan Walters, Cyrus Christie and James McClean were all on the scoresheet as the two-time World Cup were sent packing.
However, it was not a perfect evening for the Green Army, as Ireland superfan Davy Keogh, the owner of the famous flag with the text ‘Davy Keogh Says Hello’ lost his flag after the game, and issued an appeal on social media to try and recover it.

Keogh will be eager for the famous flag to be returned to him, as he looks ahead to Sunday’s World Cup qualifier at home to Austria.
The Boys in Green sit second in Group D, level on points with leaders Serbia. Anything less than three points for the Austrians will effectively end their hopes of qualification, while a win for the Boys in Green would be a huge step on the road to Russia.
The 12th man is to make a difference in the Aviva Stadium on Sunday evening, and it would be great if Keogh was reunited with the flag. If you have heard anything, make sure to get in touch!
