The Republic of Ireland face into their first game since the World Cup play-off defeat to Denmark in November, as they travel to Turkey for a friendly on Friday.
The Boys in Green are set for a new look, as O’Neill has confirmed his finalised 25-man squad for the trip.
In all, there are eight uncapped players in the travelling party, as some senior players are rested. The eight uncapped players are Aaron McCarey, Kieran O’Hara, Matt Doherty, Declan Rice, Darragh Lenihan, Derrick Williams, Enda Stevens and Scott Hogan.
Perhaps the most exciting inclusion is Sean Maguire, as the form striker is set for his first start. Meanwhile, West Ham defender Declan Rice is set for his senior bow, as hype builds around the 19-year-old.
