A mad story is coming out of Turkey claiming that Jose Mourinho has always been a closet fan of the misunderstood Luis Nani and has already agreed personal terms on a move that will bring him back to Manchester United.
Reported by one Turkey’s largest media outlets in Dogan News Agency, the story claims that Nani has a release clause of just 8 million euros in his current contract with Fenerbahce and, at that price, Mourinho believes that the Portuguese winger is more than worth the investment.
Nani has just had a fine debut season in Turkey scoring a total of 12 goals and providing 13 assists in 47 appearances for his side.

Currently valued at €14.5m on the excellent TransfrMarkt, an €8m deal for the winger would certainly prove to be a sensible investment for any club that should be successful in signing him. However, with Mourinho famed for acquiring wingers who also have strong defensive attributes, unfortunately it does seem unlikely that this one could come to fruition.
