France and Croatia lock horns in the 2018 World Cup final in Moscow on Sunday.

Having navigated a number of tough challenges to get here, Didier Deschamps and Zlatko Dalic will be determined to get that one final push from their respective sides – in France’s case, a first World Cup final victory since 1998, for Croatia, their first ever.

The last time these two met each other in a World Cup was back in 1998. Les Bleus had powered their way through to the semi-final on home soil, while Croatia had just hammered Germany 3-0 to make the last four in their first ever run in the tournament. In the end, France would come from behind to win 2-1, before going on to defeat Brazil in the final

France won out that day, and while revenge is not at all in the forefront of Croatian minds, part of them might be looking to atone for being denied a place in the biggest match in football all those years ago.

But can you name the two respective star-studded lineups from that evening in Paris? Take the quiz below and find out?
