BILD have said this morning that Manchester United will pay more than the originally reported £26.3m for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, but the deal will be completed next week.
The colossal German news outlet has reported that United will pay €42m, which equates to £34.7m.
Jose Mourinho’s original bid for the Armenian captain is said to be €18m less than the final agreed fee but nevertheless, an extraordinary talent in Mkhitaryan will finally arrive at Old Trafford.

Mkhitaryan becomes Borussia Dortmund’s most profitable transfer of all time, surpassing both Mats Hummels and Mario Götze’s €37m moves to Bayern Munich.
It is expected that Mkhitaryan will fulfil the No.10 role in United colours playing behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, flanked by Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.
Unlike many of Louis van Gaal’s suspect moves, Mourinho’s new recruit is a very shrewd move and will be a huge factor in aiding the Red Devils in their campaign to return to the Champions League in time for the 2017/18 season.
We can’t wait to see Mkhitaryan battle Vincent Kompany and company in the next Manchester derby.
