According to reports, Arsenal target Julian Draxler is being cautious with regards to a potential move to French champions Paris Saint-Germain and has yet to decide between Unai Emery’s side and the Gunners.
The Wolfsburg star was at the centre of much controversy in the summer when he penned an open demand to leave the German club, stating that both Dieter Hecking and Klaus Allofs had told the player he would be sold at the next big opportunity for the player.
However, Wolfsburg refused to comply with Draxler’s demands, and as a result, the attacker stayed with the club over the past few months, but it is clear that the German has played his final game for the Bundesliga outfit.
A source has reported:
“Nothing is done. Julian is still hesitating between PSG and Arsenal. For the moment, he is thinking. A decision will be made in the coming days. One thing is certain, he has played his last match for Wolfsburg.”
Jonathan Johnson claimed that PSG were in the driving seat for Draxler earlier in December.

Nonetheless, this has not allowed Arsenal’s Champions League rivals to steal a march in negotiations it seems, with Draxler still largely undecided.
The 23-year-old enjoyed an impressive cameo for his country at the European Championships in France earlier this year but has failed to score in thirteen appearances for Wolfsburg during the 2016/17 campaign.
Moreover, his failure to light up the pitch in Germany has seen his stock reduced significantly, with his market value dropping well below the absurd valuations of Draxler set by the media.
That being said, is the former Schalke prodigy worth in excess of £30 million?
