Although it may have not been the result either side were after, the North London derby between Arsenal and Spurs was an exciting contest.
A first half own goal from Kevin Wimmer put Arsenal ahead after a delightful free kick from Mesut Ozil. The defender’s finish would have been commended had it not been scored at the wrong end, which says a lot about the delivery.
Spurs equalised soon after half time however, after Mousa Dembele was brought down by a Laurent Koscielny in the box, who made minimal contact with the attacker but enough to convince Mark Clattenburg to award a penalty.
Harry Kane scored from the resulting spot kick, and could have a had a second moments later as Spurs seized the initiative.
Although a draw may have been a fair result, Spurs could have snatched all three points after Christian Eriksen’s free kick hit the post and Petr Cech slipped as he attempted to clear a back pass.

Good game, Sanchez and Ozil were poor tbh these are the games they need to win for Arsenal

Going on that performance Oxlade Chamberlain won’t be at Arsenal next season should have kept Gnabry and flogged Ox to China

Oxlade Chamberlain is not Arsenal level. He’s a mid table team player. He’s good but not good enough.
