There is fresh speculation surrounding the future of Spain international Andreas Iniesta, after the Barcelona midfielder failed to pledge his future to the Catalan club.
The 33-year old has spend his whole career at the Camp Nou but, for the first time, is considering other options after revealing he is yet to extend his current deal.
“I have felt many strange feelings for the first time, but I think this may be normal.
“It is a situation I could never have imagined three years ago.
“Basically, I’m considering my future, which is something I would never have done before.”
This news is sure to have England and Europe’s top clubs on high alert. While his age means he will not be a long-term prospect for anyone, no club could say no to the experience and winning mentality that Iniesta brings to the table.
However, with less than two weeks left in the transfer window, teams will have to move fast if they want to acquire Iniesta for this season. That said, his contract runs out at the end of the season so he will in all likelihood stay at Barca this season.
Iniesta coming out and saying he has doubts on his future. Also said he would have not imagined such a situation 3 years ago.

Iniesta has 116 Spain caps since making his debut in 2006 and has won everything there is to win with his country and with Barcelona.
Could he try to end a glittering career with a Premier League medal? If so, where is his most likely destination?
There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding this situation after this interview came out. One thing that is for sure, this is a story that will be followed closely in the coming weeks and months.
