Wolves have secured a memorable result today as they claimed a point off Manchester City thanks to a 1-1 draw at Molineux.
Wolves were excellent as they harassed the City players in possession throughout the 90 minutes in an energetic performance.
They got their reward for a dogged display when they took the lead after 57 minutes thanks to a controversial goal from Willy Boly.
The home side took a short corner before Joao Moutinho whipped in a delightful cross which found Boly five yards out.
It appeared that Boly’s diving header secured the goal but in fact, on closer inspection, he missed with his head but his arm hit the ball which saw it go in the bottom corner.

City did equalise through Aymeric Laporte about 10 minutes later but Wolves were able to hold out for a point.
