He has offered an update on some crucial players.
Ralf Rangnick has offered an update on some important team news ahead of Manchester United vs Aston Villa.
The United manager will be searching for a much-needed three points against Steven Gerrard’s side.
Scott McTominay and Luke Shaw will both miss the game through suspension, while a number of other players are doubts for the Premier League game.
It emerged that Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly left training earlier than the rest of his teammates on Thursday, while Harry Maguire and Jadon Sancho both missed Monday night’s FA Cup game against Villa.

Speaking about the fitness of the three players in question, Rangnick said: “I think they will be available.
“They only trained yesterday for the first time. Cristiano yesterday, Harry the day before yesterday. We have to wait for the final session this afternoon but as it seems right now they should be available for tomorrow.”
United will be relieved to see these players available for the game, if they do prove to be, as Villa were arguably the better team in Monday night’s match.
Paul Pogba is still ruled out, due to the injury he sustained while on international duty with France last year. It is believed that Pogba will be missing for at least a few more weeks.
Aston Villa team news
Meanwhile, United’s opposition will not be at full strength either, as midfield dynamo John McGinn will miss the game suspension.
Bertrand Traore is at AFCON, while Leon Bailey and Marvelous Nakamba are missing with long-term injuries.
Arguably the story of the week is the fact that Philippe Coutinho has gone to Villa, but he is not ready to play just yet.
