Liverpool’s Mo Salah scored a screamer from 30 yards out to give Liverpool a 2-0 lead against Chelsea at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
After Manchester City defeated Crystal Palace earlier in the day, Liverpool knew they needed to get a result against Chelsea, and they have shown their title credentials in abundance against Sarri’s men.
Following a scoreless first half, Liverpool took the lead thanks to Sadio Mané’s 18th goal of the season as he headed in Jordan Henderson’s cross at the back post.

It was, however, the second goal which lit up Anfield and it came from former Chelsea man Mo Salah.
The Egyptian picked the ball up out wide, cut inside and unleashed a rasping strike past Kepa Arrizabalaga and into the top corner.
