League Two sides Forest Green and Stevenage played out a 0-0 draw at the New Lawn on Tuesday evening but the home side will be wondering how on earth they didn’t win the game.
Chaos ensued in the Stevenage box after a corner kick fell to Forest Green’s George Williams whose two shots were both blocked before the ball fell to striker Christian Doidge who miscued his volley.
The scramble didn’t end there however as the slice was only half cleared by the Stevenage defence with the ball eventually trickling into the hands of goalkeeper Paul Farman after what seemed like an eternity of pinball in the area.

The 0-0 draw sees both sides drop down the League Two table with Stevenage in fourth and Forest Green in ninth. A game that would’ve been quickly forgotten had it not been for this moment of brilliance.
