Liverpool have named their first starting XI for the opening game of the Premier League season as they face newly promoted Norwich City at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s side suffered just one defeat in a remarkable 2018/2019 Premier League season, finishing on 97 points but still falling short of champions Manchester City.

Norwich were one of the surprise packages of last season’s Championship campaign as their exciting brand of football under Daniel Farke saw them pip Sheffield United to the title.
