Clare teen sensation, Ryan Nolan has signed a two-year deal with Italian giants, Inter Milan.
The 19-year-old was born in Shannon but moved to Spain with his family when he was eight. They relocated to Italy when he was scouted for Inter Milan three years ago.
Nolan who made his first-team debut in a pre-season friendly against Lugano last month, has also been appointed captain of the club’s youth team.
He is eligible to play for Spain but has previously declared his desire to play in green, having represented the Republic of Ireland at Under-18 level.
Nolan becomes the third ever Irish player to sign for Inter Milan, following in the footsteps of Robbie Keane and Liam Brady.
