Cristiano Ronaldo may be currently suspended from La Liga action – but that hasn’t stopped the Portuguese forward from flaunting his world-class talents.

The Ballon d’Or winner is currently serving a five-game domestic suspension following an altercation with an official in Real Madrid’s Spanish Super Cup victory over Barcelona – and now he has shown fans just what they are missing without him.

With Real Madrid playing Fiorentina in the Trofeo Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night – a game in which Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos and Marco Asensio all featured – the 32-year-old was among the scorers in a 2-1 win – netting an absolutely stunning goal to hand Real the victory.

Fiorentina had taken the lead through former Aston Villa man Jordan Veretout before Borja Mayoral equalised. Ronaldo subsequently cut inside his marker just inside the box – shifting the ball to the side before arrowing an unstoppable effort into the top right corner sending the crowd into raptures.

Teammates Marcelo and Casemiro seemed rather impressed by the goal.

We’ve seen efforts like this from Ronaldo time and time again – and few would bet against him doing it again once his suspension has been lifted.
