Watch: Marco Asensio Bags The Mother Of All Stonkers As Real Sink Barcelona In The Super Cup

Real Madrid have won the Supercopa De Espana after beating rivals Barcelona 5-1 on aggregate – with Marco Asensio scoring another fantastic goal on their way to victory.

Real led 3-1 from the opening leg – in which the Spanish youngster scored a wonderful goal – and Asensio repeated the trick tonight, finding the top corner after just four minutes to set Madrid on their way to victory.

The ball dropped at his feet, and the 21-year old shifted the ball out of his feet before curling an unstoppable effort into the top left corner – leaving Marc Andre Ter Stegen stranded in the Barcelona goal.

The absence of the suspended Cristiano Ronaldo was barely noticed – as Karim Benzema added a second as the Galacticos cruised to another trophy under Zinedine Zidane.

With stars like this coming through – the future looks incredibly bright at the Santiago Bernabeu.
