Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman: 21 Years Old, 7 League Titles

Over the weekend, Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman added another league title to his ever-growing list of achievements.

To win a league title as an aspiring footballer can be a monumental achievement – one which provides a springboard for future success, instilling a desire to remain at the top for the rest of a player’s career.

For Kingsley Coman, his dreams seem to have become a reality – as a remarkable statistic has emerged following Bayern Munich securing the Bundesliga title with their 4-1 win away to Augsburg.

Although he doesn’t turn 22 until June, Coman now boasts an incredible seven league titles to his name across three different countries.

The French international began his career at PSG, becoming their youngest-ever player when making his debut at the age of 16, going on to win two Ligue 1 titles in his time in Paris.

He then moved on to Juventus in 2014, where he won back-to-back Serie A titles as well as appearing in the UEFA Champions League final, while also picking up a Coppa Italia medal in 2015.

Joining Bayern on a two-year-loan deal with an option to buy, the young forward has seriously impressed in his time at the Allianz Arena, scoring seven goals so far this campaign – and his winning streak has continued, with three consecutive Bundesliga titles for Coman since arriving in the 2015/16 season.

At 21, Coman can boast a remarkable 12 club honours. Should his success continue in the future, the Frenchman will hardly have much more room for medals in his cabinet.

With clubs like PSG, Juventus and Bayern on his CV – it is likely that he will continue to add trophies for the foreseeable future.
