When Manchester United’s graduates emerged from the club’s famous academy back in 1992, little did fans realise the successes that were to be delivered from what would become the most heralded group of graduates the club has ever seen.
Players such as the Neville brothers, Gary and Phil, David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt all stepped into the United first team and the rest is history.
In the decade and a half that followed, so too did the trophies. Premier Leagues, FA Cups, Champions Leagues, League Cups, all delivered by a squad built around these famous faces.
Now, as the next generation of players guide United into the future, three of those legendary graduates, Phil Neville, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, have been speaking with Sky Sports’ Super 6 to reveal just who they believe was their greatest ever teammate.
Take a look.

Having played alongside world class players such as Ronaldo, Van Nistelrooy, Keane, Beckham and more, the fact that Paul Scholes stands out for all three says it all.
Perhaps one of England’s finest ever midfielders, the diminutive player really did have it all. Renowned vision, passing and striking abilities coupled with a tenacity that rivalled that of Roy Keane, in Scholes United had one of the greatest players of a generation.
If you are still in any doubt, just take a look at this incredible highlight reel.
