Republic of Ireland midfielder Jeff Hendrick scored an equaliser for Burnley in their clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The Cottagers took the lead after just four minutes through Michael Seri but Burnley hit back thanks to Jeff Hendrick’s strike.
Fulham were dispossessed in midfield and the away side broke quickly. The ball fell to Hendrick in the box but his initial effort was saved by the goalkeeper. Thankfully, Hendrick was on hand to smash home the rebound in what was a confident finish.
Unfortunately for Burnley, Alexander Mitrovic extended Fulham’s lead to 3-1 after scoring two quick goals but at the time of writing, James Tarkowski pulled one back for the away side so the scoreline now reads 3-2 to Fulham with halftime approaching.
