The Arsenal Foundation is set to receive a tremendous boost as the Emirates Stadium plays host to a legends game of epic proportions.
Slated to take place on September 3, Arsenal Legends v Milan Glorie will roll back the years, according to Arsenal’s official website.
Current club boss Arsene Wenger will be reunited with ‘Invincibles’ legends such as strike duo Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp, along with fan favourite wingers Robert Pires and Freddie Ljungberg.
Former England manager Fabio Capello will oversee the visiting Italian side (whom he won the Champions League with in 1994, which will boast those who have won everything that the game has to offer.
Paolo Maldini, Franco Baresi, Christian Vieri, Hernan Crespo and Gennaro Gattuso are due to take to the pitch for one last time.
Tickets for the clash (which are unsurprisingly selling out fast) can be sought via ETicketing.
