Both players, despite their young age, are held in high regard.
The fact that Youri Tielemans and Jorginho are already being sought by Europe’s best in October will render Man United’s search for them very difficult.
They may have attracted the likes of Memphis and Bastian Schweinsteiger last summer, but having to compete with Atletico Madrid, Paris-Saint Germain and Chelsea will see United have to dig deep yet again.
At just 18 years old, Tielemans has already earned 95 appearances for RSC Anderlecht.
Chelsea, among other Premier League giants, have been heavily linked to the man named the best young player in Belgium in the last two seasons, and it’s now being reported that Manchester United have joined the chase, and it looks to going well.

Goal claim that ‘third party discussions were held in London last week with representatives from both clubs over possible moves for Tielemans next summer’, and that Man United are leading the race.
Anderlecht legend Par Zetterberg, told FourFourTwo: “He is a phenomenon. There are not many players better than him.”
Youth coach of Anderlecht, Mohammed Ouabhialso, also spoke very highly of Tielemans:
“We have always known Tielemans was a super talent. Whenever anyone asked me who I thought would go far, I would mention his name first.”
Also on van Gaal’s radar is Napoli midfielder Jorginho. Italian publication Calciomercato believes Van Gaal has targeted Jorginho for the end of this season, along with Paris Saint-Germain.

The trouble is that new Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made an approach to sign the Brazilian over the weekend, with a view to sign him in the New Year – thereby beating van Gaal to the punch.
