Goal claim that ‘third party discussions were held in London last week with representatives from both clubs over possible moves for Tielemans next summer’, and that Man United are leading the race.
Anderlecht legend Par Zetterberg, told FourFourTwo: “He is a phenomenon. There are not many players better than him.”
Youth coach of Anderlecht, Mohammed Ouabhialso, also spoke very highly of Tielemans:

Also on van Gaal’s radar is Napoli midfielder Jorginho. Italian publication Calciomercato believes Van Gaal has targeted Jorginho for the end of this season, along with Paris Saint-Germain.

The trouble is that new Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made an approach to sign the Brazilian over the weekend, with a view to sign him in the New Year – thereby beating van Gaal to the punch.
