The likely departure of Arsenal’s Joel Campbell has caused much consternation among the Gunner faithful, with O Jogo reporting that he will move to Sporting Lisbon.
With Arsene Wenger seemingly unwilling to fork out for a forward, those that currently reside at the club will have to suffice.
Alex Iwobi appears to have been given a chance to prove his worth, but Costa Rica star Joel Campbell has found similar opportunities at the Emirates hard to come by. To that end, Portuguese media have stated that the 24-year-old is off to Sporting Lisbon for a season-long loan.
Predominantly a winger, Campbell has already been sent out on loan four times by Arsenal, with Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain preferred alternatives.
Though Campbell’s scoring record leaves a lot to be desired, his exploits at the 2014 World Cup saw him showcase his undoubted potential to a worldwide audience. This fifth loan deal would add to the criticism already heaped on the manager, and fans have already aired their frustrations.
Apparently Joel Campbell is going out on loan once again. Then wait for Walcott & Ox to get injured and wenger will be using Gibbs as winger

I will be legit fuming if Wenger allows Joel Campbell to leave knowing that we aren't getting Mahrez and with Gnabry going out on loan too.
