Lucas Moura bagged a hattrick to give his Tottenham Hotspur side an incredible win over Ajax to earn their spot in the Champions League final.
After Mauricio Pochettino’s side were all-but-nullified in the opening matchup against Ajax in London, there was, of course, the sense that something major would need to change if Spurs were going to proceed into their first Champions League final.
The stakes were massive heading into the return leg in Amsterdam and it was the home side who took the lead first, through Matthijs de Ligt.

When it seemed as though things were finally lost for Spurs, it was their Brazilian hero once again who managed to do the unthinkable.
Moura somehow managed to bag an incredible equaliser in the game’s very last gasps, sealing his side’s spot in the Champions League final in dramatic fashion.
