Loris Karius’ Liverpool nightmare could well be coming to an end as reports link him to a two-year loan deal in the near future.
One game can change so much in this sport and for Loris Karius, no matter what happens next, his name will forever be linked to one of the most shocking high-profile performances in recent memory.
Liverpool’s best chance at winning in the Champions League in over a decade was faltered by a pair of massive errors by the young goalkeeper.
And while it has been claimed that a concussion suffered by Karius just moments before had a serious effect on his ability to perform, in the time since, his confidence has well and truly been damaged.
According to reports, Turkish outfit Besiktas are interested in signing him on loan for two-years with the option of buying him permanently also included.
Liverpool talks at an advanced stages over an agreement to allow Loris Karius to join Besiktas on a two year long loan deal. The #LFC keeper now seriously considering the offer and will make decision this week. He travelled to London, and could still be on bench tonight.

Things at Liverpool clearly didn’t go as planned for the German but at this stage, it might be best for him to look for a change of scenery in order to attempt to the shake off the memory of what was a career-defining moment.
