Sky Sports have reported this morning that the two clubs have a “broad agreement” on a €65 million fee with performance-related add-ons.

Personal terms are not expected to be a problem as new Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag closes in on a reunion with his former Ajax player.

The pair won the Dutch league and cup double together in 2018/19, the same season the young side stunned Europe by knocking Real Madrid and Juventus out of the Champions League.

Speaking of Tottenham, the club are reportedly eyeing a transfer raid on Everton, with deals for Richarlison and Anthony Gordon in their sights.

Toffees chairman Bill Kenwright and his Spurs counterpart Daniel Levy are said to have had dinner together on Monday evening, fuelling speculation that there may be some upcoming transfer deals between the two clubs.

Arsenal close in on Jesus transfer.

Across North London, Gabriel Jesus is expected to undertake a medical at Arsenal today.

Renowned transfer-watcher Fabrizio Romano reports that a contract is already in place for the Manchester City striker’s move to the Emirates Stadium.

Man City are expected to receive £45 million for the Brazilian international, who will sign a deal until 2027.
