Katie Taylor will headline a huge night of boxing on November 2 at the Manchester Arena.
Taylor, the undisputed champion of the lightweight division, will aim to become a two-weight world champion at the 21,000-seater venue. She will fight at light-welterweight and headline a card featuring Anthony Crolla. The event will be broadcast on Sky Sports.
The Irish boxer’s opponent will be confirmed at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon. According to Irish Boxing, Taylor will face off against Greek fighter Christina ‘Medusa’ Linardatou, who has won 12 of her 13 professional bouts, six by KO.
